2. Engagement and Performance-Fee AgreementDefines RM0 upfront fee, 50% performance fee and Eligible Recovery trigger.

3. Client Authority LetterAllows records request and administrative communication, without settlement authority.

4. Data Processing ConsentCovers secure bill and meter-data processing, retention and deletion.
